END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

NOTICE TO USER: PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY USING ALL OR ANY PORTION OF THE SOFTWARE YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

Link Station Pro  is the property of linkstationPro.com and Steve Dawson (Dawson Group) and is protected by copyright law and international treaty provisions. You are not authorized to reproduce and distribute Link Station Pro  or any parts of it. Link Station Pro reserves all rights not expressly granted.  Link Station Pro  retains the ownership of this copy and any subsequent copies of the Product. This copy is licensed to you for use under the following conditions:

Permitted Uses -- You may:

(1.) Use the Product on any supported server configuration, provided the Product is used on only one such server and under one domain name. 

(2.) The files may be modified at the user's risk, but the software (altered or otherwise) may not be distributed to other entities without the explicit written permission of Link Station Pro. Link Station Pro may be modified for your use only. Under no circumstances may any modified Link Station Pro package be distributed unless an explicit written permission is granted by the Dawson Group or Steve Dawson.

(3.) All Link Station Pro's copyright notices within the source code, design templates, software, etc. must not be modified and remain visible. This does not apply to the copyright in the footer of the site pages. 



Prohibited Uses -- You may NOT:

1. Transfer, distribute, rent, sub-license, or lease the product or documentation, except as provided herein.

2. Alter, modify, or adapt the Product or documentation, or portions thereof including, but not limited to, recompiling, disassembling, or creating derivative works.

3. Make copies of the documentation, the product, or portions thereof.

 
You may not distribute this software in any manner, modified or otherwise, without express, written consent from the Dawson Group, do not copy, reproduce, reuse or sell any code graphics or html herein without the express, written consent from the Dawson Group.


Limited Warranty

Licenser warrants that the optical media on which the product is distributed is free from defects . Licenser will replace defective media at no charge, provided you contact Licenser with dated proof of payment within seven (7) days of the date of delivery. This is your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty.

EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED ABOVE, LICENSER MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING ITS QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL LICENSER BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT OR DOCUMENTATION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO CASE SHALL LICENSER'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE LICENSE FEE PAID. THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.


General:

Licenser retains all rights not expressly granted herein. Nothing in this License Agreement constitutes a waiver of Licenser's rights under copyright law. This license is non-exclusive. This License and your right to use the Product automatically terminate without notice from Licenser if you fail to Comply with any provision of this License Agreement, or any terms and Conditions associated with the sale of this Product. Upon termination, you will destroy all documentation and any copies of the program you may possess.


Developer License:

Developer license gives the right to include unlimited number of Link Station Pro instances in the products of license owner. Such kind of license is obtained automatically by those who have 9 or more regular licenses.
